WELCOME TO REST 2025

Please read all info below, as some details have changed from last year.

You pour out so much, week-in and week-out. Let us pour in to you! REST is designed to be just that: Restful. We intentionally build in as much time to REST as possible for you to recharge and reconnect with God. It’s the prayer of the Worship Circle Team that you find REST for your soul!

*Please fill out a registration for EVERY PERSON INDIVIDUALLY. This will provide us with all information needed for each person.

Below you will find the tentative agenda for the retreat.

Monday, October 20

• 11:00 AM - Retreat Check-in Begins (lunch will be picked up after check-in)

• 1:00 PM - Gather

• 3:00 PM - Rest, Hotel Room Check-in; unpack & get settled in room

• 6:00 PM - Dinner

• 7:30 PM - Gather

Tuesday, October 21

• 8:30 AM - Breakfast

• 9:30 AM - Gather

• 12:30 PM - Lunch/Member's Lunch

• 1:30 PM - Rest

  6:00 PM - Dinner

• 7:30 PM - Gather

Wednesday, October 22

• 8:30 AM - Breakfast together

• 9:30 AM - Gather

• 11:00 AM - Pack up and head home

LODGING INFORMATION

• You will be responsible to book your own room with Evergreen Lakeside Resort, and you’ll receive an email with a link to our block of rooms upon registration. The retreat room rate of $169/night will apply to up to two nights before and after the retreat, if you intend to arrive before Monday or stay beyond Wednesday.

• IMPORTANT - Rooms must be booked by SEPTEMBER 19, 2025! After September 19, you will have to book the room directly with Evergreen Lakeside Resort, and the block room rate will no longer be valid.

• Booking a room directly with Evergreen Lakeside Resort may result in a higher room rate. You are welcome to book a room outside the Worship Circle block at your own expense.

REFUND POLICY

We understand that things come up and plans have to change. Due to the agreement with Evergreen Lodge, our refund policy will be as follows:

• Now through September 1: 100% refund available

• September 1 - September 18: 50% refund available

• September 19 - Start of REST: No refunds given, as we’re locked into our numbers with Evergreen Lodge
