It is our pleasure to invite you to join us in Nashville for an exclusive experience surrounding the live recording of the Worship Circle Foundations Vol. 2. Together, we'll share meals, meaningful conversation, and a behind-the-scenes look at the heart behind the songs before gathering in the room for an intimate evening of worship as these new songs are recorded live at the legendary Ocean Way Studios.

Tuesday, October 20
3:00 PM – Check in to the hotel
Enjoy some downtime before the evening begins.
5:30 PM – Private VIP Dinner on the Omni Hotel Terrace
An intimate dinner with the Worship Circle team and fellow VIP guests
7:00 PM – Closing Session
Participate in the final evening gathering of the REST Retreat our annual retreat for worship leaders
Wednesday, October 21
Morning & Early Afternoon
Free time to enjoy Nashville, rest, meet with friends, or relax before the evening
4:00 PM – Ocean Way Studios Run-Through
Get a behind-the-scenes look before the recording begins.
Private Dinner at Ocean Way Studios
A meal with the team before the recording
7:00 PM CT – Foundations Vol. 2 Live Recording
Attend the live recording from Ocean Way Studios with reserved VIP access
We will be covering a two-night stay for you at The Omni in Downtown Nashville.
