Group Leaders! Please take the time to fill out the form below. The responses you give will only be shared directly with the donor who is supporting your specific Worship Circle group and no where else. The goal of this is to help our donors feel more connected to the impact and give them the opportunity to pray for the group they're connected to more intentionally.
